RINKU GATE TOWER BUILDING 14F Information for RINKU BISINESS CENTER (RBC) conference rooms, etc.

Basically, RBC comference rooms can be used for 14F & 16F Incubation facility residents. However, when we have vacancy rooms, tenants also can use them. Please feel free to contact us. Unfortunately, all outsiders cannot use the rooms, sorry.

<How to apply> * * Please apply to RINKU GATE TOWER BUILDING management office . (From 9:00 to 18:00) * When you want to use the conference rooms, please contact us by telephone if it's available. Then, please submit the application form to RINKU GATE TOWER BUILDING management office after you fill it in.
* Please consider your reservation time for your preparation & cleaning up. The room will be opened 15 min. before the reserved time.

<Change or Cancellation of reservation>
* If you want to change the time or cancel, please inform RINKU GATE TOWER BUILDING management office
as soon as possible.
You need to fill in the form again if you want to change the time. You will be charged 50% of the fee if you cancel on that day.
* Even when you finish earlier than you planned, we will charge you as planned. We will charge you additional fee if you use the room over the reserved time.

<Notes for using the room> * Smoking & Eating in the conference room are prohibited. Please use 19F tearoom & refresh corner.
* 14F conference room is self-service style, which you can arrange the room
as you want. However, please set back everything as it is after the meeting. Please arrange any signs by yourself, if it's needed.
* DO NOT use the room for selling products or charge an entrance fee, in
principle.
* During the meeting, please take your responsiblity for the management, guide or assistance for attendee and prevention of accidents.
* Please check the place of emergency exit and fire extinguisher in advance.

Room will be opened 15 min. before the reserved time. Please be consider your reservation time for it. |

Locking |
Please contact the management office as soon as you lock the key after the meeting. We take the time as your finish time of the room usage. Extension 1010 |
